Rooted in a passion for architecture and mixing new with traditional media, Remco Vermaat's artwork is a plea for creativity. The result can't be defined as a photo or painting. Senses are stimulated due to the semiabstract characteristics of his work of art. His interest in architecture lead to a huge photographic database. This was, and still is, the source of inspiration in making art. At present Remco Vermaat receives photographic images from all over the world.
