The Skateroom and artist Jenny Holzer
have joined forces on a new project that
combines skate culture, fine arts, and
politics. The collaborative project comprises a
range of limited-edition boards, all of which
are available to cop now via the Highsnobiety
Shop.
The Jenny Holzer x The Skateroom collection
comprises two striking designs across 25
super limited marble boards and 500 wooden
boards. The artist, whose work mainly focuses
on the delivery of words, has embossed the
board with a timely political message:

Kanghyuk Uses Car Tires as Inspiration for its
Upcoming Reebok Collaboration. Korean
fashion brand Kanghyuk has reworked
another Reebok silhouette that will debut this
year in limited numbers.
Kanghyuk has reimagined the Reebok
Premier Classic silhouette, a look from the
athletic company’s Premier Running
performance line that existed from 2005 to
2010. The style, which is now called the
Premier Modern, uses elements from past
shoes from the franchise to create a

Launched in 1897, Filson has been on the scene
longer than Popeye himself, who E. C. Segar
spun up in 1929, well before the legendary
Robert Altman, Robin Williams collab that sunk
into the see off Malta. So why is a menswear
brand getting in bed with an Olive Oyl chasing
brawler? Well, there’s some overlap there. These
are American originals. These are gritty classics.
These are names that hold a little weight down at

This time around, the label joins forces with The North
Face on a series of pieces that fuse the Maison’s
signature experimentalism with the legendary
outerwear specialist’s technical know-how, as part of a
line that’s likely to have hypebeasts everywhere
salivating.
Made up of a number of The North Face’s most iconic
silhouettes, including its OG puffer jacket, the
collaboration sees the anonymous collective behind
MM6 manipulate pieces into perfect circles (inspired, in
part, by its own logo).
Technical fleece styles feature adjustable zips which
run all the way round the seams to allow them to be
worn either as jackets, gilets, or capes, while

With materials such as recycled plastic and natural
rubber, this collaboration is pushing for sustainable
footwear options that are as sartorially savvy as they
are ethical.
That’s largely the mission of Rick Owens and Veja.
Owens is a name that’s well known, with the designer’s
sneakers and high-tops being some of the most
coveted on the sneaker market. Similarly, Veja has
established itself as one of the leading brands when it
comes to sustainable sneaker models. When you
consider the fact that almost all sneakers are made of
plastic, many of which are impossible to recycle due to
the various different parts that can’t be separated in the
silhouette, the ethos behind the Veja and Rick Owens
collaboration has never been more important.

Supreme is easily one of the most notorious
streetwear brands in the entire world and time after
time, they have come through with some pretty
incredible collabs and lifestyle items. Sometimes,
Supreme will team up with a brand you would never

coming through with yet another unorthodox collab.
This time around, Supreme will be getting into the

Japanese designer Kohei Okita of VAINL
ARCHIVE has teamed up with Reebok for its
Spring/Summer 2020 apparel line. Dubbed the
“Reebok eightyone” collection, named after
Japan’s country code, the range features a
selection of sportswear and sneakers inspired
by the city of Tokyo.
Okita has incorporated a whole new color
palette to the garments, along with new
material combinations and silhouettes. “My
goal with ‘eightyone’ was to create a collection
that feels different from all the products in
Reebok’s large archive, both past and
present,” said Okita in a press release. The

Buzzy New York designer Sandy Liang has
announced her first-ever shoe collection, designed
in collaboration with Vans. The range will also
include select clothing and accessories, including
a long-sleeve T-shirt, crossbody bag and
bucket hat.
Liang brings her signature ’90s-inspired aesthetic
to a fuzzy leopard-print iteration of Vans’ classic
Slip-On. The Old-Skool is updated with zig-zag

Now, Zerbst is working with Ethiopia-born,
Melbourne-based artist Olana Janfa to create

Palace founder Lev Tanju explains how his
skate brand wound up outfitting golfers at this
weekend's Genesis Open. Over the weekend,
several of Adidas’s top golfers, including
Dustin Johnson, Sergio Garcia, and John
Rahm, made a splash at The Genesis Open,
held annually at Riviera Country Club in Los
Angeles, California. Their outfits—lime green,

Betsey Johnson on a new line of accessories
inspired by its iconic 1989 film, The Little
Mermaid.
“Betsey Johnson has collaborated with Disney

As part of the Moncler Genius initiative, the 120-
year-old luggage imprint has conceived the cutting-

shiny mirror-like finish highlights both RIMOWA’s
signature aluminum shells and Moncler’s glistening

HGTV’s resident minimalist, Leanne Ford, is
known for her breezy Los Angeles style—think

Ford worked with Crate & Barrel’s VP of design,

collection, and it’s filled with pieces that toe the
line between pared back and playful. The 109-
piece collection covers a wide range of products,
including dining room tables, bedding, seating,

It’s been more than three months since Elon Musk debuted
Tesla’s new, eye-popping Cybertruck. Car enthusiasts and the
auto industry media have hardly stopped talking about it since.
Exact details of the truck’s production — or not — remain a
mystery. One thing is now official though: Lovers of the design
will be able to get their hands on a Cybertruck just in time for
Christmas.
Hot Wheels just announced an exclusive collaboration with
Tesla. Later this year, everyone’s favorite toy car company will
unveil the officially licensed, radio-control Hot Wheels
Cybertruck R/C. The brand is billing it as “the only way to drive
the Cybertruck in 2020!” As the name implies, the 1:10
Cybertruck R/C model will be a 1/10th-scale model of Elon
Musk’s “unbreakable” pickup. The toy prototype photos depict a
scale replica of the same hard, angular design that Tesla

reveal that he has upcoming plant-based sneaker
collaboration in the works with adidas. If you’re an avid
follower of the Round Two streetwear store owner, you’re

proudly promotes when given the opportunity. Now, the
29-year-old sneakerhead turned designer is adding yet
another highly-coveted apparel company to his long list

appropriately titled the SUPEREARTH and will be
constructed out of 100% recycled materials including

  • 2. The Skateroom and artist Jenny Holzer have joined forces on a new project that combines skate culture, fine arts, and politics. The collaborative project comprises a range of limited-edition boards, all of which are available to cop now via the Highsnobiety Shop. The Jenny Holzer x The Skateroom collection comprises two striking designs across 25 super limited marble boards and 500 wooden boards.   • 3. Kanghyuk Uses Car Tires as Inspiration for its Upcoming Reebok Collaboration. Korean fashion brand Kanghyuk has reworked another Reebok silhouette that will debut this year in limited numbers. Kanghyuk has reimagined the Reebok Premier Classic silhouette, a look from the athletic company’s Premier Running performance line that existed from 2005 to 2010. Because it’s All-Star Weekend in the NBA, and because that’s traditionally been a time for companies related to basketball to show off some cool stuff, Jordan and Xbox have decided to team up and make a console that nobody can actually buy. This kind of thing isn’t new, particularly for Microsoft, who seem 1,000 times more keen for these PR stunts than in actually releasing limited edition consoles.   • 6. Launched in 1897, Filson has been on the scene longer than Popeye himself, who E. C. Segar spun up in 1929, well before the legendary Robert Altman, Robin Williams collab that sunk into the see off Malta. So why is a menswear brand getting in bed with an Olive Oyl chasing brawler? Well, there’s some overlap there. These are American originals. These are gritty classics. These are names that hold a little weight down at the docks.   • 8. Danish sportswear imprint Hummel have dropped their third collaboration with Mexican- American designer, Willy Chavarria. Following their football-inspired collaboration at the start of 2019, the third collaboration from the duo continues it’s affinity with the beautiful game with striking ensemble of bold colourways. The designer focusses on the theme of Brotherhood throughout the SS20 collection, with the new season bringing in an array of striking colours and oversized, boxy fits in a uniform which can be considered a part of our new world order in which we all share. This time around, the label joins forces with The North Face on a series of pieces that fuse the Maison’s signature experimentalism with the legendary outerwear specialist’s technical know-how, as part of a line that’s likely to have hypebeasts everywhere salivating. Made up of a number of The North Face’s most iconic silhouettes, including its OG puffer jacket, the collaboration sees the anonymous collective behind MM6 manipulate pieces into perfect circles (inspired, in part, by its own logo). Technical fleece styles feature adjustable zips which run all the way round the seams to allow them to be worn either as jackets, gilets, or capes, while voluminous padded puffers are rendered in TNF’s classic colour palette of hazard orange, bright blue, and pale rose pink.   • 10. With materials such as recycled plastic and natural rubber, this collaboration is pushing for sustainable footwear options that are as sartorially savvy as they are ethical. That’s largely the mission of Rick Owens and Veja. Owens is a name that’s well known, with the designer’s sneakers and high-tops being some of the most coveted on the sneaker market. Similarly, Veja has established itself as one of the leading brands when it comes to sustainable sneaker models.   • 11. Supreme is easily one of the most notorious streetwear brands in the entire world and time after time, they have come through with some pretty incredible collabs and lifestyle items. Sometimes, Supreme will team up with a brand you would never expect them to. With their Spring/Summer season on the horizon, it appears as though they will be coming through with yet another unorthodox collab. This time around, Supreme will be getting into the cookie business thanks to Oreo.   • 12. Japanese designer Kohei Okita of VAINL ARCHIVE has teamed up with Reebok for its Spring/Summer 2020 apparel line. Dubbed the “Reebok eightyone” collection, named after Japan’s country code, the range features a selection of sportswear and sneakers inspired by the city of Tokyo. Okita has incorporated a whole new color palette to the garments, along with new material combinations and silhouettes. “My goal with ‘eightyone’ was to create a collection that feels different from all the products in Reebok’s large archive, both past and present,” said Okita in a press release.   • 17. Obus designer Kylie Zerbst has been designing garments in bold, bright, saturated colour palettes for more than 20 years, and has always nailed fun prints. Over the years, the Melbourne label has teamed up with a number of local creatives and collaborators including accessories label Crumpler, sustainable sanitary company Tsuno and furniture store West Elm. If you’re an avid follower of the Round Two streetwear store owner, you’re probably well aware of his vegan/plant-based lifestyle he proudly promotes when given the opportunity. Now, the 29-year-old sneakerhead turned designer is adding yet another highly-coveted apparel company to his long list of footwear collaborators in the trefoil gang.
