The world around us and our customers is ever changing and in order to stay competitive we need the ability to move fast and change along with it. But how do we build systems that neither break upon change nor resist it? Finding practices that support this is what I strive for in the work I do. I often find myself drawn towards tasks that involve finding simple and maintainable solutions to new and complex technical problems and I can usually be found coding along side at least one more member of my awesome team.
