Response to theft and fraud by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency sent me this. The CFPB or FDIC (I forgot which stalker-infested organization it was (RIP)) forwarded my complaint to them. What happened is that Synchronity "Bank" staff manually booked your donations and other payments of mine to the wrong PayPal account. As you know, Paypal is owned by gang stalkers. They're also out of business, but they try to fool the public about it. That's the dumbest letter yet. Naturally, they know my PayPal account, and they know my complaint was not about a Synchrony account (who do NOT offer accounts), but a theft by their staff. The last letter was nearly as comical. They requested a copy of my credit reports, to prove I have an account with them. Neither PayPal nor Synchrony report to credit bureaus.

Dear Sima Albouyeh:
The Customer Assistance Group(CAG)of the Office of the Comptroller of the
Currency(OCC)is responding to your letter regarding the above-referenced
financial institution. The focus of the OCC's review of consumer complaints
against national banks and federal savings associations is to determine whether
the financial institution's actions are consistent with applicable banking statutes,
regulations, or policies.
The CAG facilitates communications in an effort to assist consumers in addressing
complaints about account(s) at national banks and federal savings associations
and their operating subsidiaries. You have requested information about an
account or relationship where you are not an accountholder or signer. As a
general policy, CAG will not request information or process a complaint when the
complainant is not an account holder or signer.
Generally, information the OCC obtains from the financial institutions it
supervises, including OCC communications with those financial institutions, is
regarded as confidential and privileged non-public OCC information. The OCC is
legally obligated to maintain the confidentiality of such non-public OCC
information.
