REACH AT LEAST 60% OF THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK FROM THE COSTUMERS. MOBILE APPS. FIRST, ANDROID THEN IOS. OFFICE IN VIENNA. BUILD A TEAM WITH AT LEAST 30 PEOPLE FOR THE FIRST YEAR (SHORT-TERM GOAL) BRAND AWARENESS MUST BE DONE IN THE FIRST YEAR. WEB TRAFFIC (CLICKS & VISITORS) SHOULD INCREASE AT LEAST UP TO 50% EACH MONTH IN THE FIRST YEAR.
  4. 4. Mid – term goals in the 2nd year ADVERTISE INCOME MUST INCREASE AT LEAST UP TO 60% – 70% WHEN COMPARED TO THE 1ST YEAR. ALSO, INCOME SOURCES HAVE TO BE EXPANDED. POSITIVE FEEDBACK RATE SHOULD RAISE UP TO 80% BY CUSTOMERS. ADDITIONAL TEAM MEMBERS MUST BE INCLUDED. AT LEAST 60 – 80 PEOPLE. ALSO, CROWD CONTENT WRITERS SHOULD BE INCLUDED. BRAND AWARENESS RATE MUST BE SUCCESSFULLY LAUNCHED (80%). WEB TRAFFIC (CLICKS & VISITORS) MUST REACH 60% MORE THAN THE 1ST YEAR.
  5. 5. Long -term goals of the 3rd – 5th year Advertise income has to be set with other expanded sources and reach the 80% rate higher than previous years. Positive feedback rate must be at least 90%. Except of Vienna, there should be other offices around Europe in order to control the events of the website. For example, Istanbul, Berlin… *Strategically chosen. Team members in total: 150 – 250 + crowd content writers locally. Brand should have strong image and perspective. Web traffic must increase at least 80% more than the 2nd year. (For each channel; website clicks, mobile app use, YouTube, Instagram & Twitter posts)
