Shri Dinesh Mills Start up Filter Fabrics Department for Woven and Nonwoven Needlepunched Products Identified industries to be focused, gave manufacturing department product requirements for manufacture. Sales increased from Zero to Rs. 500 lakhs in one year. Responsible for achieving marketing targets and payment receivables. Independently coordinated with various departments to use their facilities and achieve final results. Reporting to Managing Director. 2. Fiberglass Pilkington Ltd Market Development for Glass fiber Yarn and tissues. Identified application areas for Glass yarns, pursued product development with present customers. Market Development activities contact with end uses and also seminars, national specification bodies. Yarn business was 40% of company turnover. Worked to budgets and increase market for glass yarn through substitution and new applications including interaction with defence establishments. 3. SRF Ltd Joined as Technical services and Market Development Officer Project Management for the green field Project for manufacturing Technical Textiles. Through job rotation handled Technical services, Production, Quality Management. Successfully introduced Spin draw Nylon Tyrecrod Yarn for the first time in India through Application Development, Techno-commercial Presentation to all tyre company executives in India. 4. Baltex Nonwovens / Toomtextil- Estonia Assigned to establish Market in Europe for Needlepuch Nonwovens and Thermobonded Nonwovens for the products produced . Establish Own Brand Product needle punch wipes. Identify customers, sell and book capacities for products produced in the factory. Roll goods customers established in Greece, Germany, UK, Netherlands, France, Italy, Russia, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark. Independently Brought up sales from zero to 150 tons per month for colored Cleaning wipes and Polyester thermobond nonwovens. Organized Company participation in exhibitions like Techtextil, Index, PLMA etc., Established conversion facility in-house for wiping products. Reporting to Profit Centre Head. 80% Capacity utilisation achieved in two years. 5. . K's Technical and Management Consultants Chief Consultant for the last 12 years for Nonwovens and Technical Textiles Responsible for identifying opportunities in the Nonwovens and Technical Textiles field and initiate investment by Indian industrialists in the field. Prepare Detailed Technical and Financial Project reports, Conduct market survey for the products, identify suitable technology partners suppliers, assist in implementing projects. Responsible for over 8 Spunbond Nonwoven projects, two coated fabrics project, two Needlepunch Nonwovens projects, Two Technical Textiles project, One Spunlace nonwovens project and currently working on cotton based Spunlace nonwovens project. Working also with a German and British company for development of Nonwoven products in India for export to their countries. Have identified and assisted companies in Nonwoven conversion equipment. Have handled for all these projects, both technial and commercial aspects of the business. Presently on the Government of India Textile Ministry expert committee on Technical textiles and working on creating Centre of Excellence in Surat. Included Market and Product Development all over Europe for folded and packed wipes, wash gloves etc.,.  Involved in implementing a Spunlace line advising managements on markets, products and potential new industries in technical textiles and Nonwovens.  Developing Coated fabrics for USA market,  Developing shoe interlinings,  Fiber development for textile end uses  Nonwovens for Auto interiors, Technology tie-up,  Identification of potential Joint venture partners in Technical textiles and nonwovens field.  Working experience on Spunlace, Spunbond, and Needle punched Nonwovens and specialized applications.  Currently advising many companies in India on sustainable product manufacture in textiles using natural fibers for disposable products.  Concept to commission assignments including financial evaluation for many projects in India Spunbond Nonwovens, Coatings, Tyrecord Dipping, Belting Manufacture, PP bag conversion, SMS spunbond for medical end uses.  Establishing conversion plant in Hygiene sector like Baby Diaper Plant.  1993-present working as Independent consultant.
