  2. 2. What is positive attitude? A positive attitude it means to choose a constructive, objective and a healthy way of thinking, as well as anticipate and visualize the best and learn to think about what’s good and pleasant
  3. 3. Remember that control your attitude! you Attitude does not emerge from what happens to you, but instead from how you decide to interpret what happens to you
  4. 4. Create a “Library” of positive thoughts! Read, listen or view to something inspirational or motivational. If you do this regularly, You’ll have those thoughts and feelings ready at hand when things are not going the way you’d prefer.
  5. 5. Avoid angry or negative media Unfortunatelly the media it’s full of negative news, people stealing money, killing, etc..Negat ivity destroy your ability to mantain a positive attitude, so try to stay away from negative
  6. 6. Ignore Whiners and Complainers! Whiners and complainers see the world through crap-colored glasses. They'd rather talk about what's irreparably wrong, rather than make things better. More importantly, complainers can't bear to see somebody else happy and satisfied
  7. 7. Use a more positive vocabulary! The words that come out of your mouth aren't just a reflection of what's in your brain--they're programming your brain how to think. Therefore, if you want to have a positive attitude, your vocabulary must be consistently positive.
  8. 8. Always believe in yourself! Only you are capable of accomplish anything if you set your mind into it…….
