Project Background • Prior to the bankruptcy of previous Baha Mar owners, PBCS was implemented • Very rudimentary implementation, all data had to be hand keyed – daily • Originally planned to implement Oracle G/L cloud, scraped and reverted back to Great Plains • Re-envisioned EPM project to support: – Daily Operational Reporting – Budget and Forecasting – Monthly Financial Close – Monthly Account Reconciliation

Benefits Realized PBCS • Ability to be more accurate on a daily forecasting basis for a highly volatile industry • Central collection of source data in a Daily Flash Report gives managers of each LOB a snapshot of the business to make decisions • Changes to occupancy or other global drivers at daily, monthly, annual levels will flow through entire model for quick analysis FCCS • Great Plains data automatically being pulled to FCCS using FDMEE • One version of the truth, instead of utilizing various excel templates and pivots. • Actual reporting in one consolidated environment by different line of business and Department.
