Morley Fund Management is inviting applications for the post of Analyst in the Sustainable and
Responsible Investment (SRI) team.

The SRI team at Morley continues to expand, and the successful candidate for this newly created
additional post will have the opportunity to add to the analysis of companies as potential holdings, as
well as support the company engagement process.
The responsibilities of the role include:
• Undertaking company specific and themed research on environmental, social and
governance (ESG) issues, to identify superior investments, and opportunities for company
• Conducting analysis of company sustainability according to Morley’s Sustainability
• Supporting the Head of SRI Engagement in the delivery of the SRI elements of
Morley’s Voting and Engagement policy.
• Helping to maintain the engagement management system, and supporting the team
in the recording of company engagement.
• Conducting research into potential policy development areas and assistance with
research and analysis into corporate campaigns by non governmental organisations, and other
Morley stakeholders, that are of potential relevance to Morley's holdings.
Preference will be given to candidates with a degree, the Investment Management Certificate - or
equivalent financial qualifications - and a second language. We are also looking for significant
previous experience of researching ESG issues and/or conducting financial analysis, as well as a
passion for, and well developed knowledge of, sustainable development issues. The successful
