Project Summary
The scope of this project is to design, develop and execute regression test suites for testing
various L2 / L3 features for F5 Networks.
Responsibilities:
 Worked closely with client test manager to build test strategies for various functional
areas such as upgrades, sustenance releases across various phases.
 Instrumental in architecting and automating various test scenario’s for regression as
well as new functional areas. Instances includes Upgrades, High Availability Upgrade,
Subcase automation

manual test cases using TTCN-3 scripting and SIGOS system.
 Acceptance testing of Telefonica O2 LTE (IP Multimedia Subsystem) rollout.

 Enhancement of TTCN-3 automated test cases for various interfaces testing such as S4

 Configuring nightly regression runs of SGSN product using Builtbot/Jenkins which
executes ROBOT & TTCN-3 automated test cases.
 Support activities that includes recreation of customer field issues and verification of fix

which includes testing of Platform features that are common for multiple products across

The scope of this project is to tests the conformance of the any Resilient Packet Ring (RPR)
implementation to the standard IEEE 802.17. An existing RPR implementation can be using
tested this suite to check if the implementation conforms to the standard IEEE 802.17.
Responsibilities:
 Got trained in the RPR 802.17 Standard
 Primed the automation of test cases of various functionality using TCL/TK and SmartLib
API.
 Automated the Fairness Functionality testing part of RPR protocol.

Significant Achievements:
 My TTCN-3 technical papers on the following topics were shortlisted and were presented in ETSI
TTCN-3 User Conference - 2012 held in Bangalore, India.
 Topic 1: Practicalapplication of TTCN3 for network verification with common TRI for multiple
interfaces.
 Topic 2: Practical integration of TTCN3 with Robot test automation framework and Jenkins
continuous integration tool.
