Prophet isa (jesus) pbuh radio 01/10/2013 part 1 2

  1. 1. Prophet Isa (Jesus) PBUH Radio 01/10/2013 part 1Allah , God thecreator of the heavens, created this vastuniverse and it`sdwellers for onepurpose , and thatpurpose is more noble
  2. 2. and more lofty thanmost people imagine, people in their naturetend to think that theywere put on this earthso that they can livelife , amass wealth ,eat , drink and enjoypleasures, and when itis time to go, well it is
  3. 3. time to go, at least wewould have livedlarge and enjoyedevery moment of it,either neglecting orbeing oblivious to thereason for theircreation. But the fact of thematter is , we were
  4. 4. put on this earth, toworship our creatorand to be tested inthat worship , are weworthy of the real lifethat we were createdfor or are we not.I mean let`s thinkabout it just usinglogic, that is make
  5. 5. sense that thisuniverse , and thisearth it is magnitudebeauty and bountieswas made to host ourspecies , and for usjust to come to it andlive a maximum of 60to a hundred yearsand then be gone like
  6. 6. we never existed , thisdoes not make sense,or for transgressorsand oppressors , theones that feed of thehardship of others tolive , do their evildeeds and die withoutaccountability , or forthe righteous to live a
  7. 7. clean life and to be amercy for othersaround them and liveand die without beingrewarded for the goodthat they have done, ifthis was the case , thislife would be in vain.
  8. 8. then think that We hadcreated you in jest, andthat you would not bebrought back to Us (foraccount)? * Thereforeexalted be Allah, the realKing, there is no Dietybut He, the Lord of theThrone of Honor!"
  9. 9. Allah said in his gloriousbook: " I have onlycreated Jinn and men, that they may worshipMe * No Sustenance do Irequire of them, nor do Irequire that they shouldfeed Me * For Allah isthe one Who gives (all)Sustenance, Lord ofPower, Steadfast (forever)" . (Adaariyaat 51-
  10. 10. 56/57) TranslationAnd so for thatworship to takeplace , the almightysent many messengersto men kind, he handpicked a little over120 thousandprophets and
  11. 11. messengers to be amercy for men kindfirst to reveal to themthat they have a lordand a creator and thathe requires to beworshiped alone withno partners, and toteach the people whatis the correct and
  12. 12. acceptable worship ofAllah--their Creator ,the Creator of theheavens and the earth. All the prophets ofAllah, the first ofwhom was Adam andthe last of whom isMuhammad, camewith one Religion--
  13. 13. Islam, one creed--thebelief in the Onenessof Allah, they allcalled their people tomonotheism. They all taught thatAllah has the perfectnames and the perfectattributes and that Hedoes not resemble any
  14. 14. of His creations. Theytaught what Allahordered us to performwhat he ordered us torefrain from in thislife, meaning theorders and theprohibitions. They taught there isthe Judgment Day in
  15. 15. which each one of uswill be heldaccountable for hisdeeds , andquestioned as towhether or not hefulfilled hisobligations in thislife. None of them taught

  18. 18. prophet of Allah, hesaid the prophetsare brothers , theirmothers are manybut their creed is thesame".Their Religion is onealthough theirShari^ah (rules of theReligion) can be
  19. 19. different .This means that Allahwith his wisdom gaveall the prophets andmessengers the samecreed of monotheism ,but the legislation foreach people can bedifferent dependingon their era ,
  20. 20. geographic locationand their needs. So as you haveguessed it we are hereto honor an othernoble and honorableman, one of the bestmen that walked onthe earth , one of thefive best messengers
  21. 21. of Allah, called Ulul-^Azm, those with thehighest status, theones that were testedthe most and the oneswho were the mostpatient, this man willbe the savior of menkind from theirBiggest test and
  22. 22. biggest calamity , thetrial and tribulationthat will take placebefore the end of theworld , the big test ofthe antichrist , we aretalking about noneother the the prophetand messenger ofAllah Isa Bnu Mariam
  23. 23. (jesus the son ofMary) . Translation Before we startgiving any detailsabout Prophet ^IsaPBUH ,we want ourdear listeners to knowthat , the muslimsbelieve in his
  24. 24. prophethood, webelieve that as all theprophets he wastruthful in everythingthat he conveyed fromAllah , and althoughtoday we follow theShari^ah and the wayof ProphetMuhammad ,
  25. 25. Muslims respect, love, and believe in^Isa and in hisprophethood and allthe good that he stoodfor, we also wouldlike our dear listenersto understand that thereason for this show isto give the islamic
  26. 26. perspective about hislife and his teaching, and to honor him, andnot to contradict, debate nor insult oroffend anyone, especially that, respecting otherpeoples` religion isduty for every muslim
  27. 27. as it was taught to usby the finalmessengerMohammed PBUH .We first start bytalking about theconditions of theIsraelites right afterprophet Musa (moses)PBUH
  28. 28. The Israelites hadsettled in the blessedland, Palestine. Theyruled for a long time. They had a vastkingdom. Allah, theAlmighty chose manyprophets from amongthem. They followedthe Holy Book, the
  29. 29. Torah. The ProphetDawood (PBUH) andhis son ProphetSulaiman (peace beupon him) won greatpopularity as kingsand commanded highrespect.Their followersbelieved in God and
  30. 30. led noble lives. Butsoon after prophetSulaiman PBUHdied , his kingdomsplit apart and thegolden age of theIsraelites was over, and it is always thecase when the peoplethat have the truth ,
  31. 31. the people that havethe guidance fromalmighty God , thepeople that follow atrue prophet of God,when his leadershipand guidance is gone ,well , so are histeachings and theweak of faith and the
  32. 32. hypocrite quickly startappearing , leadingthe others , astray ,leading the othersaway from the path ofAllah, and it hasalways been the casewith the Israelites ,whenever they wentastray, Allah sent
  33. 33. another prophet ormessenger their wayto bring them back tothe straight path, thepath of truemonotheism ,especially that peoplenot only get awayfrom the worship ofAllah , but they even
  34. 34. start altering andchanging the holyscriptures accordingto their own desires, and that becomesextremely dangerous ,because if you alterthe scriptures youdestroy the lives ofmillions that come
  35. 35. after you , millionsthat grow upbelievingwholeheartedly thatwhat you are offeringis the absolute truthwhile it was just afabrication adangerous lie , thatchanges the hereafter
  36. 36. of a lot of people. Translation As the time passed, they began to pay lessattention to theteachings of God.They forgot theDivine favors. Theymade alterations inthe Holy Book
  37. 37. according to theirown desires. Most ofthe Israelites adoptedindecent ways of lifeand committed majorsins. At that time the mostpowerful kingdom inthe world was thekingdom of Romans.
  38. 38. They were polytheistsand pagans. They didnot worship one Godand prayed to manyidols made of stone. The Roman societywas divided into twofactions. The rulingclass was very strongand arrogant whereas
  39. 39. the ordinary peoplelived in misery. Theywere ill-treated asslaves, and womenwere treated verypoorly and had norights. The holy land,Palestine, was ruledby Herod, a cruelking, the people
  40. 40. disliked him, theywere scared of him. They could not utter aword of complaintagainst him lest theyshould be put tosword, and theIsraelites had theirown society withinthe rule of the romans

  67. 67. Why did Allahmention the story ofZakaria, in thebeginning of a chapterabout Mary andJesus?, it is to showus the power of Allah, his ability to makeanything happen andthat others were
  68. 68. created and were bornmiraculously , andthat does not makethem divine , and alsoto two stories arerelated becauseyahyaa and Isa PBUTare related by blood. You see , the motherof Mariam, a

  83. 83. Birth Of Prophet Isa(PBUH)Mariam secludedherself one daytowards the east toworship Allah, all of asudden a manappeared to her , itwas the angel Gabriel(jibril) , whom Allah

  86. 86. similarly Muslimwomen coverthemselves the waymary did and they donot mingle with menat all . Jibril told Mary, "Iam the Messenger ofyour Lord to you. Iwas sent to give you a

  99. 99. peace be upon him. When the signs ofpregnancy becameapparent on her, hercousin, Yusuf theCarpenter, wasdisturbed and did notknow how to interpretthat matter. If hewanted to accuse her
  100. 100. he would rememberhow pious she was. Ifhe wanted to declareher innocence, hewould see the signs ofpregnancy. So hedecided to open thesubject with her. Heasked her, "Tell me,would plants grow
  101. 101. without seeds? Wouldtrees grow withoutrainfall? Would therebe a child without amale?" To all thesequestions Maryamsaid "Yes." Then sheasked him, "Did younot know Allah madethe plants emerge
  102. 102. without seeds the dayHe created them? Didyou not know Allahcreated the trees thefirst time withoutrain? Did you notknow Allah createdAdam and Hawwa(Eve) without a fatheror a mother?" Yusuf
  103. 103. knew all these thingsand when sheresponded in this way,he felt assured of herinnocence and thatthis was somethingspecial given to herby Allah. When the signs of her
  104. 104. pregnancy becameclear, Maryam wentaway from her people. The pain of labor ledher to the trunk of adead palm tree. Out ofher shyness from thepeople, and fearingthey would accuse herof having done

  113. 113. to talk to him. Theywere angered by thisand thought she wasmocking them byasking them to speakwith a baby in thecradle. At this, Allahmade ^Isa speak.

  120. 120. also proclaimed hisservitude to Allah ,God the creator of theheavens and the earthsince the first wordshe spoke were, "I ama servant of Allah."The birth of ProphetIsa (Peace Be UponHim) became a talk of
  121. 121. the town. Herod, theking, got wind of thatmiracle, He becameworried about histhrone, as it is thecase of all the tyrantsthey do not likechange, they do likethings that areunusual or

  124. 124. the care of his lordand creator and hewas given the gift ofknowledge andwisdom. When the ruthlessking Herod finallyDied taking his placewith the other tyrantsin the trash can of
  125. 125. history, it was such arelief for the people. It was collected byBukhari that A janaazahpassed by and theprophet SL3WS madethe following remark:“Mustareehun ohMustaraahun minhuThe Sahaaba weremystified by these

  128. 128. returned to the holyland, to a city of an-Nasirah. TranslationEARLY LIFE OFPROPHET^ISA(Jesus)During their stay inEgypt ^Isa, peace beupon him, studied the
  129. 129. Torah and memorizedit. He spoke Syriac, the language of thepeople of Palestine atthat time,he alsospoke Aramaic, hebrew the languagesof the revelations atthat time , He was apious worshipper of

  133. 133. prophet always comesto follow the lawrevealed to themessenger that camebefore him, such asprophet Zakaria thatwe saw earlier, hecame to follow andimplement the law ofprophet Musa PBUH.
  134. 134. So Prophet ^IsaPBUH conveyed therevelation to thepeople and calledthem to believe in hismessage.Prophet ^Isa, like allthe prophets of Allah, performed miracles.
  135. 135. Allah sent all theprophets withmiracles as a proof totheir prophethood, sothe people wouldwitness, know aboutthem, and believe intheir prophethood. Many of Prophet^Isas miracles were
  136. 136. in curing illnesses, tobe a stronger proof ofhis truthfulness, sincethe people at his timewere famous forbeing knowledgeablein the field ofmedicine. Prophet^Isa cured those withseemingly incurable
  137. 137. illnesses, prophet ^Isacured a man inflictedwith leprosy, he puthis honorable hand onthe face of a man whowas born blind andcured his sight, heeven brought a manback from the deadwith the will and the
  138. 138. power of Allah. Prophet ^Isa hadother kinds ofmiracles also. Heformed the shape of abird from clay andthen they would flyaway .Allah talked about allof this in the Quran in

  157. 157. Prophet ^Isa lived onearth for about threeyears. He traveledfrom place to placecalling people to theworship of Allah. Hewas so detached fromthe worldly mattersthat he did not worrythat he did not have a

  161. 161. Shari^ah, (rules of theReligion) revealed tohim. In it there were clearprohibitions , the firstof which is to takepartners with Allah inworship, what we callin Arabic Ashirk: ‫قال تعالى:" لقد أوحي إليك وإلى الذين من قبلك لن أشركت ليحبطن عملك ولتكونن من‬ ‫الخاسرين‬"

  164. 164. slaughtered properly. It contained the orderto perform the Prayer(with bowing andprostration) . It hadthe order to fast , andthe order to performtaharah the ablutionand cleanliness . Prophet ^Isa came

  166. 166. true stories of Prophet^Isa, it does notcontain exclusivelythe true Injil whichwas revealed toprophet Isa PBUH butrather , it is acollection of bookslike the namesuggests , it comes
  167. 167. from the word Biblia(a collection ofbooks ).According to theOnline EtymologyDictionary, the wordbible is from Latinbiblia, traced from thesame word throughMedieval Latin and
  168. 168. Late Latin, as used inthe phrase biblia sacra("holy book" - "In theLatin of the MiddleAges, the neuterplural for Biblia (gen.bibliorum) graduallycame to be regardedas a feminine singularnoun (biblia, gen.
  169. 169. bibliae, in whichsingular form theword has passed intothe languages of theWestern world.").This stemmed fromthe Greek term τὰβιβλία τὰ ἅγια (tabiblia ta hagia), "theholy books", which
  170. 170. derived from βιβλίον(biblion), "paper" or"scroll," the ordinaryword for "book",which was originallya diminutive ofβύβλος (byblos,"Egyptian papyrus"),possibly so calledfrom the name of the

  178. 178. When Prophet ^Isawas 33 years old, theblasphemers amongthe offspring of Israelplotted to kill him, butAllah saved him fromtheir harm. This comes to us inmany narrations: Ibn Abi Hatim and
  179. 179. an-Nasaiyy narratedfrom the route of Ibn^Abbas that he said:Prophet ^Isa was insession with twelve ofhis elite companionsin a house. He toldthem that among themwould be who wouldblaspheme in the

  229. 229. bird had a small head,a thin neck, and around body. WhenProphet Isa wasfinished his handswere covered with themuddy clay. He putthe clay bird in one ofhis hands. Thecuriosity of the crowd
  230. 230. climaxed as everyonelooked puzzled, notknowing what tomake of it. He thenblew on the clay birdand by Allahs power, and to the amazementof all, the clay birdwas immediatelytransformed into a
  231. 231. real, living bird! Thebird flew away as thecrowd watched inamazement. Thepeople could hardlybelieve it but they sawwith their own eyes, and they rubbed theireyes to see if that wastrue. And as if by
  232. 232. reflex, they talked toeach other inpuzzlement, "Hasanyone seen such asight? Isnt thisamazing? It must be amiracle!!" Prophet Isa tookthis opportunity andproclaimed, "See how
  233. 233. marvelous the powerof Allah is!? Do youbelieve me now!?"The crowd rushed tohim repeating theirbelief, and howamazing the miraclewas. As everyonehurried home they
  234. 234. talked incessantlyabout the miracle ofthe bird. The villagewas struck withastonishment aseveryone rushed tomeet Prophet Isahoping to see moremiracles. Theywanted to hear
  235. 235. Prophet Isa talk andpreach, they wantedto see more of him. However, those whodidnt see the miracleof the bird thought itwas magic and theywanted to see forthemselves just to besure.
  236. 236. TranslationHEALING THESICK Prophet Isa(Jesus) traveled fromone town to another. He was surrounded byhis 12 disciples whowere his ardent
  237. 237. supporters. ProphetIsa preached andpreached, his centraltheme being faith inAllah and hownecessary it was to begood throughapplying Allahscommands. Peoplelistened more
  238. 238. attentively by nowsince the story of thebirds miracle spreadfrom one area to theother. More wasneeded however, since there were stillmany people indifferent towns whoneeded to be
  239. 239. impressed. Peoplealso started to expectmore from ProphetIsa, wanting to see thesupernatural in orderto believe. Prophet Isa was ina new town preachingas usual. He wassurrounded by many
  240. 240. people, mostlycommon, ordinarypeople, who listenedto him. Thesecommon peopleincluded the curious, the poor, and thehopefuls. They sawfrom a distance a manwho was walking in
  241. 241. pain toward them, asif his sickness haddisabled him. He wassuffering from a gravesickness, a verydisabling one to saythe least. Thesickness was leprosy. With such a sicknessthe man was very
  242. 242. disfigured, withlumps and ulcers onhis face to such anextent he was hardlyrecognizable. Hisarms were stiff, fingers crooked anddisfigured, and he hadeven lost some toes.It was so bad that he
  243. 243. couldnt even feelthrough his skincompletely unable tofeel the pain or senseit! This sickness hadbeen with him foryears and it grew tosuch an extent thatmany people were
  244. 244. scared to stand next tohim or even talk tohim. With difficultythe man approachedthe crowd, limpinguntil he was face toface with Prophet Isa.The two silentlygazed at each other. Prophet Isa looked
  245. 245. at this man with pity, his heart bleeding forhim. Then, with aweak voice, the sickman asked, "Cure me,please cure me! OhJesus, Prophet ofGod, ask Allah to cureme! Please, please, dothat for me."
  246. 246. The crowd wassilent and motionlessas they waited inanticipation. Theywere hoping to seesomething happenwhile Isa (Jesus), theProphet of God, wason his knees praying.Isa prayed very hard,
  247. 247. asking AllahAlmighty to invokeHis powers and tohelp heel the man. After a short while,Prophet Isa (Jesus)received the Powerfrom God, he felt itwithin him; he stoodup and put his hand
  248. 248. on the sick mansshoulders and said afew words. Within a fewminutes, and in frontof their eyes, they sawthe disfigured manchange completely! The mans face beganto clear, as the lumps
  249. 249. disappeared! Hiscrippled hands andfingers changed tonormal, and the localnumbnessdisappeared. For thefirst time the mancould feel as heshouted inexcitement! To the
  250. 250. surprise of all, fromthe curious andexpecting to believersand non-believers, toeducated andilliterate, they allwitnessed it, nonecould deny it! Theywere speechless, amazed, and
  251. 251. confounded to say theleast. The crowd waswide-eyed withwonderment and criedwith excitement. They shouted to eachother, "A miracle, what a miracle!"They felt happy,
  252. 252. excited, and sure. Each witnessremembered a sickfriend or relative whowas in need of a cure,a fast easy cure. Theywanted to takeadvantage of ProphetIsa, to utilize him, forgetting that the
  253. 253. miracles were to joltthem into belief andto adhere to theteachings of ProphetIsa (Jesus). People constantlytalked and talked ofhow Prophet Isa,Christ, the goodteacher, performed
  254. 254. marvelous miracles insupport of histeachings. Hisreputation quicklyspread, and peoplewere ever moredivided betweenbeliever anddisbeliever since formany it meant loss of
  255. 255. jobs, yet for others itmeant salvation , wehave to remember thathis people werefamous for theirknowledge in the fieldof early timemedicine . Translation
  256. 256. THE BLIND MANWHO COULD NOTTALK: Prophet Isa(Jesus) kept visitingmany areas andpreached. He wasaffirming the essenceand substance of theTorah, without the
  257. 257. blemishes that someof the Jews had addedto it. Prophet Isa waspopular with somegatherings and not sopopular with others.More was neededthough, to affirm theMessage with whichAllah had entrusted
  258. 258. him. Prophet Isa, Christas called by now (Al-Maseeh, the Messiah)was walking throughthe streets of a townwith his disciples andothers by his side. Many people weregathering as the area
  259. 259. was a shopping area. The street wasnarrow, windingabout, but here andthere you could see anopen space. Not too far awaythey spotted a manstanding, lonely andforlorn. He looked
  260. 260. tired, frail, andpathetic. He had beenblind for a long timeand could not talkeither for he wasmute. For him it wasan extremely difficultlife. Even so he hadheard that the newProphet cured the
  261. 261. leper throughinvoking the Powerhe received from theAlmighty. Prophet Isa sawthe pathetic manstanding alone, notseeing or even able tospeak. His heart bledfor the blind man
  262. 262. since the man couldnot even call for help.Prophet Isa was a manof love and he lovedthe poor and thedisadvantaged andthose who neededhelp. Prophet Isa,therefore, stood stilllooking at the blind
  263. 263. man and peoplewatched in curiosity. They felt somethingspecial was about tohappen. The crowdwas very large, andthey waitedbreathlessly. Isa (Al-Maseeh, the Messiah)prayed to Allah
  264. 264. Almighty, asking forthe Power, the specialpower Allah makesavailable to him, tohelp the blind andmute man. Therewere minutes oftension that passedwith anticipation.Prophet Isa moved
  265. 265. toward the blind manand touched hisshoulder. Peoplewere quiet, theirhearts pounding hardas they listenedintently. "Will amiracle beperformed?" theyasked themselves.
  266. 266. Sure enough, theysaw the mans eyesopen and lookingnormal; he could nowsee! He jumped withjoy and excitementshouting over andover again, "I can see!I can talk!" Hetouched everything as
  267. 267. if disbelievinghimself! He knelt indeep gratitude. "I cansee people," andexcitedly he shouted,"I can see shops and Ican see the blue skies!Oh how wonderful! Ican see everything!"He could talk too, and
  268. 268. even shout, and sayanything he wanted! The crowd, struckwith awe, couldhardly believe theireyes. Excitement inthe air was as high ascould be. Eachperson wasincessantly talking to
  269. 269. others saying that amiracle, by the Powerof God, was justperformed throughProphet Isa (Jesus)! The peoples faith inthe teachings ofProphet Isa wasaugmented. Miraclesin those times were
  270. 270. the perfect tool tomake people believe. The reputation ofthe works of ProphetIsa was spreadingfast, even the Romanscould not ignore it.The JewishRabbinical authoritieswere very much
  271. 271. challenged.Naturally, theyvehemently deniedthe many claims of somany eye witnesses, giving variousexcuses. NumerousJews, therefore, refused to believe inJesus teachings.
  272. 272. Isa (Jesus) couldnot perform a Miracleon demand, thereforeone of the excuses theJews gave was thatwhen they askedJesus (Al-Maseeh, theMessiah) to perform amiracle he could notdo so, since those
  273. 273. miracles , alldepended on the willand the power ofAllah. In spite of that, the witnessing crowdsgrew bigger and thereputation and call formore miracles becameintense. Focusing
  274. 274. attention on the realmeaning of the Torah, the essence of theteachings of Allah, theCreator, wasbecoming betterknown. It broughtanother challenge tothe Jewish leaders asan increasing number
  275. 275. of them began tobelieve. TranslationRAISING FROMTHE DEAD Prophet Isa notonly raised oneperson from the deadbut a few. One that
  276. 276. stands out, however, was that of Lazarus. The news of his deathstunned his sisters,Mary and Martha. They mourned, cried, and grieved over hisdeath, and felt very, very sad. Theyrushed to where
  277. 277. Prophet Isa was andpleaded with him toattend Lazarus . Friends andrelatives were around, consoling andcomforting bothMartha as well asother relatives. At thescene, the crowd was
  278. 278. large and manypeople talked withlow voices out ofrespect to the dead.Isa the Prophet, alongwith a few in hiscompany, headedtoward the group.Silence prevailed, aseveryone expected the
  279. 279. Prophet to do what hecould. They hadalready witnessed theProphet performmany miracles withthe Power of God.Prophet Isa knew thatmany had alreadywitnessed theprevious miracles.
  280. 280. But this time a specialmiracle and moreastonishing than everwas needed, it had toinvolve a dead man. Lazarus was deadfor about three days, and his body was stiffwith rigor-mortis. Hewas shrouded with a
  281. 281. white sheet and wasabout ready to beburied. Prophet Jesusentered the room andapproached the deadman. He knelt byLazarus and started topray to AllahAlmighty to make themarvelous miracle
  282. 282. happen , and within ashort time he stoodup, and with authorityordered Lazarus to beback to life as he wasbefore! What peoplewitnessed was theimpossible to believe. The crowd was
  283. 283. thunderstruck andawed by the scene—the dead Lazarusbegan to stir and thenhe slowly rose aliveagain! It looked as ifhe had never died. What a scene! Howdifficult to believe, but they saw it with
  284. 284. their own eyes, theywere the witnesses. These miracles, though coming atstrategic moments, were an essentialmeans to make peoplebelieve and beattached to theteachings of Prophet
  285. 285. Isa. They called himChrist, meaning theGood Teacher, or theAnointed one, sincehis teachings affirmedand explained theessence of the Torahas Jesus said manytimes. Prophet Isa was
  286. 286. the greatest challengeto the Jews of thattime. A great numberof them believed inhim and his teachings. The performance ofthe miracles addedzest to those teachingsand confirmed theteachings as well.
  287. 287. TranslationHIS TEACHINGSWERE MOREIMPORTANTTHAN THEMIRACLES The miracles weremerely a means toimpress upon the
  288. 288. people that Jesus wasa mighty Prophet. Itwas to prove too, thatthe Miraclesperformed were onlythrough the Power ofGod as Isa hadrepeatedly said. Allah(swt) gave Prophet Isathe capacity to utilize
  289. 289. the Power because thepeople of the timeneeded to see proofbefore they wouldbelieve. The teachings ofProphet Isa were thevery essence andsubstance of theTorah; they were far
  290. 290. more important thanany and all miraclescombined. Prophet Isareminded people ofthe genuine teachingsof Prophet Musa andother Prophets sincethose teachings weregreatly changed by
  291. 291. different priests andclergymen over time. Therefore, ProphetIsas teachings wereessential and verynecessary. Prophet Isa alsohad his own specificRevelations and hisspecific teachings,
  292. 292. through the new hollyscriptures that he hadreceived , a newrevelation called AlInjil, with specificteachings pertainingto his people and histime. He taught the beliefin Allah (swt) and His
  293. 293. Oneness, and calledthe people to pray toAllah and to worshiphim with no partners. He taught them tostrengthen their faithand that through faiththey should berighteous. He askedpeople to be kind,
  294. 294. nice, loving, andforgiving. He askedthem not to talkbehind anyones backand not to hurt others. He asked people alsoto fight evil. He reminded peoplenot to cheat but to behonest.
  295. 295. He asked them not tosteal, be mean ortroublesome. He preachedgoodness in itsvarious forms andurged the faithful tobe people of integrity, decency, and goodmorals.
  296. 296. Prophet Isa hadtwelve disciples, histrusted helpers, andthey were good menwhom the Holy Qurancalls them goodMuslims. Thedisciples helpedcontinue the spread ofAllahs Message
  297. 297. during the life of Isaand afterwards. TranslationCrucifixion OfProphet Isa (Jesus)(PBUH)The preaching workby Prophet Isa (peacebe upon him) lastedfor three years. A
  298. 298. considerable numberof people began tofollow him. Theyadopted good ways oflife. The Romans andthe Jews were muchworried because ofthe prevailinginfluence of ProphetIsa (peace be upon
  299. 299. him) and his disciples. They feared lest theyshould rise in revoltagainst them. Theydecided Isa, theProphet to becrucified. There was a largegathering and thesoldiers were standing
  300. 300. all around where Isa,the Prophet wassupposed to becrucified. Even someof those people whowere against histeachings did notagree with the idea ofcrucifying him.Prophet Isa PBUH
