RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH APPLICANT <ul><li>Step1. </li></ul><ul><li>Enter/copy and paste the URL Link in the address bar and you will be redirected to the Login page. </li></ul><ul><li>On the Right Side Top you will see the “login” Button. </li></ul><ul><li>Click on “Login” button and you will be redirect to User name and password Page. </li></ul><ul><li>Enter your “User name” and “password” and click “Login” Button </li></ul>Searches an existing applicant with the help of the any given criteria such as, First Name, Last Name, City and postal code etc.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH APPLICANT Contd… <ul><li>Step 3: </li></ul><ul><li>Once you click “Start Recruiting” tab you will be redirected to the next page where you can choose the way you want to proceed either choose “Search Applicant” or “Search Requirement”. </li></ul><ul><li>Lets proceed with “Applicant Search” . </li></ul>

RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH APPLICANT Contd… <ul><li>Step 8 </li></ul><ul><li>After Clicking the “JOB ID”, “Scroll Down ” to see “Detailed View” of the requirements, where you will view everything related to a particular requirement., like the Job title, skill needed, project duration etc,. </li></ul><ul><li>Click “Open Application” to enter the call log page. </li></ul>

RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH APPLICANT Contd… <ul><li>Step 9: </li></ul><ul><li>In the “Call log” page the Requirement details and the applicant details are displayed side by side for the HR user to match and to compare. </li></ul><ul><li>Click “ Start applicant approval” to send an automated mail to the applicant. </li></ul>

RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH APPLICANT Contd… <ul><li>Step 8 </li></ul><ul><li>Once the Applicant confirms, his application will be sent to the “Ready for submission” Tab </li></ul><ul><li>From there HR user can send the “Applicant’s information” to the client through “Compose mail”. </li></ul>

RECRUITMENT PROCESS THROUGH SEARCH APPLICANT Contd… <ul><li>Step 9 </li></ul><ul><li>The list of all the Applicants sent to the client can be Viewed in the “Submission Made” tab. </li></ul><ul><li>The applicant can be “on-boarded” once he’s selected by the client from this tab itself. </li></ul>
