  • Real Living’s Business Center is designed to provide agents with all tools, systems and materials they require to do business and operate daily – all centralized in one place! Agents will go here for everything from e-mail, training, announcements, and much much more. Upon on-boarding, each agent will receive their username and password and it is a single login system for access to all tools. Note: Transparency and communication are key within the network and Real Living and the local brokerage can/will push announcements to the network and down to the office level via this platform.
  • There is tremendous branding value in having consistent e-mail addresses within each individual brokerage. Consumers will see a consistent Real Living set of e-mails for all agents in each brokerage. Agents can point their Gmail, Yahoo, etc. to their Real Living e-mail address.
  • Real Living provides agents a full contact management platform. Saves agents dollars they typically spend with off-the-shelf products (e.g. Top Producer) Fully integrates with all Prospecting tools we’ll discuss later in the presentation
  • Real Living will put each LOCAL office’s forms and contracts on the business center so they have a centralized place to access these (e.g. their Business Center)Contracts will be printable from this central location
  • Real Living provides four levels of sites to its network…National Site = www.RealLiving.com. This site will have search functionality for all markets where we have an MLS feed.Regional Sites = www.RealLivingChicago.com. This site will feature listings from all brokers in a specific DMA.Broker Sites = www.RealLivingBrokerName.com. This site will feature listings from the entire brokerage market (once MLS is integrated). Agent Sites = www.realliving.com/joe.agent. Agents can point their personal URL(s) to their site.

  • These will activate once MLS integration happens in your local market. Savings for an agent – they do not need to spend $200-$2,000/mo on their website.   • Upon MLS integration, Real Living will syndicate all listings to a wide array of national real estate search portals. Real Living manages these partnerships to ensure there is “one-click” access back to the agent/brokerage.
