(b) Prepared Monitoring and Evaluation Capacity Building and Training Manual for Jamii Thabiti Programme Implementation Partners under contract by Coffey International Development Limited, a Tetra Tech Company. The program’s IATI Identifier No. is GB-COH-3799145-781- 205288KE. Jamii Thabiti is a DFID funded programme to address three types of violence: criminal violence, inter-communal violence and violence against women and girls (VAWG) in eight counties: Kisumu, Bungoma, Wajir, Mandera Nakuru, Baringo, Kwale and Kilifi. (e) Between 14 July 2021 and 30 September 2022 July 2021 and September 2022, Eurecna S.p.A under Contract No. contracted me for the position of a Non-Key Expert – Monitoring and Evaluation within the framework of the project, “Instruments for Devolution Advise and Support – Technical Assistance to the Ministry of Devolution and Planning (IDEAS) funded by the European Union Delegation to Kenya – ref: https://www.devolution.go.ke/instruments-for- devolution-advice-and-support-ideas/ (f) In 2021, as a consultant with Institute of Applied Studies and Research, I researched on and develop a Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on Kenya’s Ratification of the African Medicines Agency (AMA) Treaty on behalf of the Pharmacy and Poisons Board. The Cost- Benefit Analysis presented a business case for ratifying the AMA Treaty by the Government of Kenya, determined and presented a technical policy brief on the value propositions to enable policy and decision makers in Kenya to make informed choices and determine whether to ratify the AMA Treaty or not. (f) Successfully negotiated for donation of and facilitated Vocational Training tools and equipment from various Development Partners in the United Kingdom, leading to distribution of tools and equipment to 13 VTCs in Homa Bay County between 2018 and 2022. (g) Successfully sourced for a partnership between Just be a Child Charity UK and County Government of Homa bay for purposes of promoting reading culture among children and young readers. The partnership led to development of Omiro Community Library, Ndhiwa Community Library and direct distribution of reading and teaching materials to over 45 public primary schools and 17 secondary schools. The partnership also saw Tom Mboya University receive a total of 6,500 library books and reference materials between 2021 and 2022. The partnership has also donated a total of 115 school microscopes and 90,000 pencils to various public primary and secondary schools within Homa Bay County, Kenya. PROGRAM LEVEL Pilot Coordinator, Symbiocity Pilot Program, Homa Bay County About the Program The SymbioCity Pilot Project in Mbita Town aimed to identify opportunities and launch initiatives to enhance sustainable urban development within Mbita Town. The project was implemented between 2016 and 2021. Specialization:  Technical direction in program design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, partnership and resources management of the Program.
