Housing Focus Group Funding Bid<br />Hillview House<br />Metal gate to be erected to side of building next to 3 and 5 Hillview House to stop the public walking through the complex and damaging the meter cupboard doors to properties 3 and 5 Hillview<br />City Centre Police have found needles and all sorts of drug paraphinalia within the alley where people have walked through or stopped to take drugs etc. There have also been used condoms in the alley<br />Cost £607.79<br />

Estates Pride Funding Bid<br />Leonard Walk<br />Car Park<br />Removal of the brick wall around the garages on the car park as<br />street drinkers are gathering around the area on a daily basis drinking, shouting, swearing intimidating residents often using the wall and garages as something to hide behind.<br />77 letters to residents were sent. 42 responded – 38 in favour and 4 against.<br />Cost to be confirmed<br />
