The Quick Extender Pro™ is used mainly for lengthening and thickening of
the penis through traction. It is also commonly used for corrections in penile
curvature (with or without surgical intervention). Surgeons also prescribe it
for post surgical treatment of penile lengthening surgery (phalloplasty) and
after plastic and reconstructive surgeries of the penis.

Getting Started Chapter 3
Step 1: Measurement of your penis
You will need to measure your penis in order to adjust your extender to your
individual “user size”. The “user size” is the adjusted size of the Quick
Extender Pro™ to your specific penis. With a measuring tape, first measure
the length and circumference in flaccidity. Consequently measure the length
and circumference in erection. (Refer to the diagram below for measuring
instructions). Write these measurements in the supplied chart on the last
page of this manual.

Step 2: Set the user size of your Quick Extender Pro™
The initial size of the Quick Extender Pro™ is 3.6 inches (9 cm). The initial
size of the device is measured from the lower part of the base ring to the
upper part of the metal rods.

9. Calculate the “user size” of the Quick Extender Pro™ by subtracting 1.6
inches (4 cm) from the size of your penis in erection. See example.

Now prepare the device so that it corresponds to your personal “user size”
that you had previously calculated. First, detach the upper plastic support
piece (piece “M”), by pulling it away from the device. Add the appropriate
extension rods as needed to adjust your Quick Extender Pro™ to reach your
personal “user size”.

10. The rods that you can add are:

*Please keep in mind that 4 small extension rods are equal to 1 medium. Also,
2 medium rods are equal to 1 large rod. Once you have outgrown the 3 small
rods, please graduate to a medium rod and so forth.
So if the calculated “user size” is 4.4 inches then you must add enough
extension rods to equal that.
Example: User size of 4.4 inches (11.7cm) = Quick Extender Pro™ initial size
3.6 inches (9cm) + 0.8 inch medium extension bar (2cm).
If the “user size” of the device is smaller than the initial size (3.6 inches or 9
cm), then start the treatment with the initial size of the device.

*The adaptation period is a safety precaution used to initiate your body to
the enlargement process. It is highly recommended to follow this procedure

Once the adaptation phase is complete, you may follow either of the
following modes:
Standard Mode (mode A) Add one 0.2” (0.5cm) 8 hours a day
(recommended) rod every 7 days
Alternate mode (mode B) Add one 0.2” (0.5cm) 4 hours a day
rod every 14 days
The 4 or 8 hour periods of usage can be split throughout the day. Take breaks
for as long as you consider necessary and apply a massage to your penis
during these breaks. As soon as you have 4 small rods, 4 rods of 0.2 inches
(0.5 cm) attached to each other, you can replace them with one 0.8 inch
(2cm) extension rod.
From the third month on you will need to slow down the size increase of the
Quick Extender Pro™. Add a 0.2 inch (0.5cm) extension rod every two weeks
or a 0.1 inch (0.3cm) extension rod every week.

13. *The initial traction force is set at 600 grams. This is achieved by adjusting
the length of the device to 1.6 inches less than the length of your penis in
erection. In the second month, the traction force is of 800 grams. This is the
result of keeping the length of the device the same as that of the erect penis.
In the 3rd
month the traction force will be 1000 grams as the length of the
device is 1.6 inches more than the length of the penis in erection. In the 4th
and 6th
months, the traction force is between 1200 to 1500 grams. The
traction force will adjust automatically as you increase the size of the Quick
Extender Pro™. Such traction forces are not harmful to the penis because
they are small, progressive and adaptive.
How to wear the Quick Extender Pro™ Chapter 7
Take the silicone band and introduce it into the protective cushion. The use
of this comfort cushion is compulsory. We recommend covering the penis
with cotton wool or a bandage for added comfort.
Loosely insert the silicone band along with the protective cushion into the
support piece (part “M”) forming a loop. There must be enough space for the
head of the penis to easily fit through the loop.
Introduce the penis through the plastic base ring, resting the glans (head of
the penis) on the plastic support (Part “M”). Place the left hand on the
support piece and push the device against your body to collapse the internal
springs.

14. While keeping the left hand in position, use your right hand and introduce
your fingers inside the loop formed by the silicone band. Pull the glan through
the loop.
Place the left thumb on the frenulum while gradually reducing the loop by
pulling on both ends of the silicone band.
Slowly pull the skin on both sides towards your body to avoid pinching the
frenulum or leaving skin folds on the glans groove.
The silicone loop should fit snug enough on the glans groove, without hurting
but tight enough to keep the glans from slipping out. Repeat for the second
silicone tube.
If you wish, you may carefully trim the silicone band excess on the back side
of the superior support. You must however leave enough so that you can
tighten it. We recommend leaving at least 2 inches on each side.
*It is recommended that you get used to using a single strap before using the
second comfort strap.

16. Use of the Quick Extender Pro™ Chapter 8
Be patient and constant with the use of your Quick Extender Pro™. It is the
only way to reach your goals in a timely manner. The first day, experiment by
putting it on and take it off at least 10 times in the day to get used to
mounting the device.
During the treatment, you will need to remove the Quick Extender Pro™
every 2 hours and let the tissues relax for a few minutes. Rest periods are
mandatory. In the advanced stages you must rest every hour or hour and a
half. Apply a massage to your penis during the breaks.
It is advisable that the device should be worn folded upwards, behind the
zipper area of your pants. Wear comfortable, loose fitting underwear and
trousers. The device must be cleaned with non scented soap and water every
4 days.
If you do not wear the device for 15 to 30 days, begin treatment at 0.4 inches
(1 cm) less than the size of the device at that time where you stopped the
treatment. After 5 days add a 0.2 inch extension bar and repeat the increment
of 0.2 inches in 5 more days. After this 10 day adaptation period resume with
the chosen mode.

CORRECTING PENILE CURVATURE:
The device must be worn towards the opposite side of the curvature. A period
of use of 6-8 months is advisable to correct 70% of the curvature. It is
recommended to use the standard mode (8 hours a day).
PEYRONIE’S DISEASE:
See “correcting penile curvature”. It is advisable to use the Quick Extender
Pro™ in conjunction with the treatment advised by your physician. Please
note that the Quick Extender Pro™ will only correct curvature of the penis
and is not a substitute for the medication prescribed by your physician.
SURGICAL LENGHTHENING OF THE PENIS:
Follow your doctor’s instructions and start using the device 4 or 6 weeks
after the surgical intervention or as your doctor recommends. Use the

Do not use if you have taken drugs or alcohol in excess, DO NOT USE while
doing hard labor, exercise or while playing any kind of sport. Remove the
device to defecate or urinate.
If you experience pain or discomfort, bluish discoloration or numbness of the
glans, remove the device and massage the penis. By doing so the penis color
will return to normal and the unpleasant sensations will cease.
If you feel discomfort at the base of the glans, you must wear cotton or gauze
to protect this sensitive area.
In case of sudden erection, do not worry since it is quite normal, remove the
device and reapply it when the erection subsides. When you take off the
device you may notice a tingling sensation for which you should not worry. It
is due to the tissues relaxing after a period of tension.
It is normal to feel mild discomfort after a period of 2 hours. Do not worry,
this is the indication that the tissues need to be relaxed. Take off the device
and massage the glans and shaft of your penis for a period of two minutes.
Then wear the device again.

19. Some days you may feel more uncomfortable than others. Do not worry, keep
using the device. If you see little white areas on the glans do not worry either.
These are areas of edema or fluid retention, caused by the silicone loop being
too tight. Massage the area and they will disappear.
If you have a wound or an ulcer, or you suffer from a venereal disease, DO
NOTUSE THE DEVICE until it has healed completely.
If you develop white wounds on your glans, it is necessary to see a doctor,
since you may have developed a fungal infection.

20. Ointments Chapter 11
You may want to use ointments during the course of your treatment. Here are
some of the recommended ointments:
ANTI-IRRITATION OINTMENT:
You can have it prepared by your pharmacist or purchase it already made.
You can use Neosporin, Bacitracion, Blastostimuline or any similar ointments.
-In case of irritation apply ointment during the evening and use the device
during the day.
-In case of persistent irritation: contact your physician.
HEALING OINTMENT FOR WOUNDS:
If you develop a wound or and ulcer: do not use the device for 4 days. The first
2 days use Neosporin 3 times a day the twice for the reaming 2 days.
ANTI-INFLAMMATORY CREAM:
If you develop a marked inflammation at the base of the penis or pubic area,
apply an anti-inflammatory cream.
HYDRATING CREAM:
If you feel discomfort in the shaft of the penis, massage your penis with
hydrating cream for 5 minutes in the evening.
