Photo shoot ideas and research

  1. 1. Photo Shoot Ideas and Research
  2. 2. Research
  3. 3. The camera is looking up on the scary man with the sword with the rest of the freaky Viking people stood in the background inside their boat as they are inferior to the big scary man with the big sword. Pathetic fallacy is used to make the photo seem moodier. He is also looking directly at the camera which gives the impression that he is personally victimising and picking out you as the reader.
  4. 4. This is a typical front cover image for a mainstream fashion magazine as the woman is made out to be the most beautiful in the magazine. The background may be brightly coloured but the fact that it is out of focus makes us look at the woman even more. She is also looking directly at the camera and slightly looking down on us which makes the reader see her as someone to look up to.

  6. 6. One idea is to have the main feature band showing their fun side like You Me At Six and Paramore in these photo shoots.
  7. 7. Or I could have a more simple, yet powerful in some cases, photo of the band posing and looking directly at the camera to engage the reader.
