Standardize quality issue responses by defining a catalogue of mitigation action. Decision support to select the most suitable mitigation action using simulation approach. Integration of this mitigation action as specific tasks in our development process. Impact : • Increasing product quality by 10% by improving critical issue resolution process and external quality.
