I am influenced by circumstances,
possessions and people.
I can influence the circumstances,
possessions and people.
My State of mind depends on what
others say and do.
I create my state of mind as per my
choice and others respond
accordingly.
Other people should respect me. When I give respect, I gain respect.
I need to be loved. When I give love, I am loved in return.
People don’t trust me. If I develop self confidence, then
others will trust me.

Positive thoughts lead to positive responses.

Positive Programming
1. Begin with the positive thought in the
morning. Read Positive books
2. Try “Ctrl +Alt+ Del” to improve the
functioning of your mind
3. Be in the company of positive people
4. Stop & Check your thoughts intermittently
5. Practice Daily Meditation

my weaknesses. I understand myself. I have
special qualities and skills .I value myself. I
believe in myself. I am lovable .
 Others : I accept others as they are. I look for
