  3. 3. Unhealthy food People who eat unhealthy food are in danger. Firstly, this food is digested poorly and prevents internal organs from working properly. And as a result, unbalanced, fat, junk and fast food leads to diseases.
  4. 4. Diet Secondly, we should also limit sweets, food rich in calories and heavy food, because most people have inactive lifestyle and have no enough time and physical activity to spend all the calories and as a result they are overweight.
