  12. 12. Training <ul><li>At Pronto, we believe that training is a fundamental part of making you a successful franchisee. This is why we take training very seriously. </li></ul><ul><li>After many years of experience and research we have developed a comprehensive training program that assumes you, the franchisee, have neither prior experience in running your own business nor any experience in the insurance or income tax industry. </li></ul><ul><li>The three step program is designed to provide you and your employees with all of the necessary tools to running a successful Pronto agency. The program consists of three weeks. </li></ul>
  13. 13. Week 1: Introduction to the Pronto system: This portion of the training takes place at our training facility at corporate headquarters in Brownsville, TX. You will learn how to sell insurance policies, manage employees, market the office, and provide customer service. Week 2: Immersion into an existing Pronto Agency: The &quot;Hands On&quot; portion of the training involves you participating in the everyday activities at an actual Pronto agency. Week 3: On-Site training: This training takes place at your own agency and involves a grand opening, marketing, and selling to your new customers. A training specialist will be present to ease you into the Pronto process. The grand opening of your franchise will be the last day of your training. Training

Claims <ul><li>The claims department is made of adjusters licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance that have varying years of experience. </li></ul><ul><li>When a loss is presented, the policy is serviced by our claims department.
