Past & Present of Marina Bay Past Present In 1970s, land  Marina Bay Sands, Art & reclamation carried out Science Museum and at Marina Bay, forming Marina Barrage were today’s Marina Centre & built. Marina South areas In the reclamation  Popular tourist attraction process, Telok Ayer Basin was removed from the map, while the Singapore Rivers mouth now flows into the bay instead of directly into the sea.
