  2. 2.  started in 1954 where else, Raymond Kroc who is the founder saw a hamburger stand in San Bernardino, California and visualized a nationwide fast food chain. Kroc tested himself as an ancestor who revolutionized the American restaurant industry. Raymond Kroc is esteemed being the Farther of Industry. McDonald’s is the largest brand of fast food restaurant that serve 52 million customers per day more than 100 countries. In 1985, the first McDonald’s restaurant in Thailand was opened at Amarin Plaza.
  3. 3.  There are more than 100 McDonald’s restaurants nationwide with a ring of convenient services at anytime and anywhere Besides, there is the McDelivery service on running from 9 a.m. until midnight and some restaurant also offer 24-hour service to serve.
  4. 4.  They need to search for new ways of working. The central role of managers should promote change to the organizations. The treatment of workers as individuals rather than pan of a collective workforce. They encourage the workers to consider management as "priers" rather than as opponents us and us, or us and them. Build up a good well between strategy and cultural and lead a successful implementation.

  8. 8.  It is a time-related system The wages are paid for a set period of work on an hourly, weekly and monthly basis. The pay varies with the number of hours worked and not with the output. McDonald is implementing overtime working system and shift working system. It depands on the workers as how they want to work.
