Suite 500 Washington, D.C. 20036-1023 The college was approved/accredited by the Michigan Department of Education in Spring of 2003. This is ongoing. NCATE Accredited 1998-2003. NCATE review in 2003 postponed due to requirements of new State of Michigan report. In May, 2005 the decision was made to seek NCATE re-accreditation. The College is in the process of completing the pre-condition requirements for submission to NCATE in February, 2006 in preparation for October, 2007 NCATE site visit. Annual fee ranges from $1750 to $3900 depending on number of graduates. In 2002, COE’s most recent year of NCATE accreditation, COE paid annual accred. fee of $3095 and an NCATE pre-candidacy fee of $1615 for a total of $4710.
