Conduct Financial Statements Analysis and interpretation of ratios with aim of identifying weaknesses and work plan and capitalise on strengths to financial strategies 7. Understand financial model to be to raise capital (short or long term, build a financial model, projections to enable to manage cash flow 8. Understand valuation and capitalization (investment) of the business 9. Analyse potential investors/funders and learn how to approach them 10. Prepare pitch deck, elevator speech and presenting 11. Prepare for due diligence process 12. Prepare for Negotiation and Deal Structuring 13. Manage Post-Investment Management and 14. Design Exit Strategies
