He with the help of allteam member has helped in executing the newly introduced concept called SELF HELP at store, which hashelped maintaining store to the exceptional standards with no expiry dust and FEFO at its best.Sai palace Vashi:Nandkumar Kamble :Takes care of the FNV Section does maximum interaction with the customers and is a champ in selling our 299& 555 basket. He has a born quality of interacting with customers which has led in building up strong relationwith every customersKakson Chembur:Imtiyaz Suleman–He is very hard working CSA & taking extra care of his very own staple section. Leading an example to otherCSA to make sure their section appears a bright as his. He is very sincere in his work & always very helpful forstore operation. He is accurate in all the taskgiven to him makes things easier & simple to work on. He is time oriented and opportunist. He likes to complete the given task before time.Very hardworking, intelligent & excellent customer service is his motive & good team motivator. He is trying his best to prove himself bygiving good ideas and trying to change displays on regular basisFRAMROZ STOREMadan Das :Madan Das is the hero of the week for my store as he is the one I always cherish. He not only handles staples section but does cashieringat required time. This person has never say die attitude. He is always smiling, Cheerful with hardworking behaviour, person behind theescalation of staples sale.Not ending here but he keeps motivating other staff whenever they are low with energy or sale.ANNA STOREMadhuri Vengulekar & Nitin Bharadwaj :They both have learned cashiering in a very short span of time and have also started giving training to other staff on same. Madhuri takescare of customer queries and handles it effectively.Nitin supports other staff in motivating them preparing them to give better nos. in all the major offers running in the store. Both areresponsible, hardworking & dedicated & spend time on store activities even after their shift is over.BHOLAS STORERahul Kanojia :Rahul handles Processed food section for my store & Maintains good display for the same he takes care of expiry audit of his section & is 31

He is target oriented, whatever target is given to him or committed by him he makes sure that itis achieved.TARDEO STOREJai Prakash Yadav :He is one of the strong player of our team who can fit in any work. His special quality is that he is very good in unloading the dry vehiclewith proper Hu & Micro level checking. He takes up the charge of unloading the vehicle & release it on time. Maintains BOH Spic & Spanfor future deliveries . He is also a very good cashier and focused on BB299. Any work given to him is done on or before time.TIRUPATI STOREVishal Patil :New Joinee with better understand good grasping power with learning attitude and an asset to the store.. His continues efforts in improvingstaples section has shown the best result. He is expert in selling 555 basket & has maintained his good work he is also quick in handlingcustomer queries and resolving it there and then. He is very kind and soft spoken to customers & works on the feedback given by anycustomers for his section.Vrindavan Store – ThaneVasant Shinde from F&V Section, Very sensitive to his section. Takes care of his section very nicely. Very hard working, energetic whileunloading the Vehicle, does timely mark down, dump entries and Indenting is his baby and is very efficient at it. Ankesh Turbhadkar is a Cashier, again very dedicated, supports everyone in the team to complete their daily task. So very good teamplayer.Spring Avenue – KalyanReshma Mane from PF Section, very effective inn her section. Perfectly handles shelving, face ups, SEL updating, Promo execution. 32

Handles his fruits & Vegetables withutmost care and always thinking to enhance freshness of stocks and to reduce the losses.Gautam Satpute from Staples, very much focused on 199 and 555 Baskets. Is very energetic and always like to help Customers.
