  3. 3. Value additions in BBSA & shared with all wherever I go 1) Day1: Training Video (Hindi): Broad Band network layout basics about planning, fiber optic laying, DLC. This gives overview of our intelligent network & understanding of basic technical terms is simplified. 2) Day2: FLP features Flash video followed by trainer led discussion & practical on FLP set. This has helped participants to understand technical & feature richness superiority of our instruments compared to those given by competition. Hands on practice FLP 3) Day3: Practise for CAF fulfillment & reading/explaining the bill. All participants are given CAF, CAF checklist, and Accepted documents for POI & POA, each participant to fill adjacent person's CAF. Current bill of individual & corporate shown as PDF & all components are discussed. This helps participants to explain first bill when they are in field & delinquency is minimised. 4) Day3: How CAF/SO moves in system/zero error in CAF. 15-20 min session by SME:Manish Pratap. This ensures there is no CAF rejection/SO pendency & hence sale is activated on time, this ensures high Customer Satisfaction. 5) Day4: (Hindi video) Bad Sales Call followed by discussion what is wrong/point mistakes & active encouragement (special attention to slow learners) participants to think & healthy discussion is it good or bad for us. 6) Day4:(Hindi video) Good Sales Call followed by discussion what is good & active encouragement (special attention to slow learners) participants to think & healthy discussion what are the benefits of doing this. 7) Day3/4: Role-play 3 times for all participants, about tariff plans & selling skills.
