There are also times when they need to negotiate various issues to be able to get what they want. The best negotiators are reasonable, know what concessions to offer, when to make demands and how to compensate when there are difficulties. In fact, "In a successful negotiation, everybody wins”. The best influencers require good interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to get other people to want to give their support. This negotiation skills program will offer participants greater confidence to negotiate at all levels, knowledge of strategic negotiation and how to achieve a conclusion. The program will help participants become more assertive and motivated, leading to better working relationships and creating win-win deals. Following the program, participants will be able to focus on the key aspects and rules of successful negotiation including arguments and counter arguments, fallback positions and creative solutions and alternatives to agreement. The program will use a variety of learning tools including workshops, games, real life scenarios and role plays. Program Objectives: After attending this program, participants will be able to: A.
