Creating a new cost-plan
On your project scroll down and click on tab Cost Plans
Click on button New
Enter the Start fiscal period (e.g. November 2022)
Enter the End fiscal period
Enter in field Short description field in short the type of cost
Enter in field Unit cost the total expected cost amount

Creating a new cost-plan
Select in field Cost type, one of the cost types mentioned below
Click on button Save noticed that in the Cost plan breakdowns the costs are
divided equally over the period based on Start fiscal period and End fiscal
period
