  2. 2. You need to have a Headset with microphone<br />

Why do you need a headset and microphone?<br />If you do not use a microphone and headset it creates an echo, which everyone but you can hear<br />If you use a built in speaker and microphone, the microphone will re-capture the sound from the speakers and re-send it into the meeting<br />Echo Disrupts the entire meeting, everyone is affected and the meeting will be a failure<br />
  4. 4. A Noise cancelling speaker and microphone can be used<br />This eliminates the need for a headset, select your device under “Edit Device Settings”<br />Above: Shown and recommended the Plantronics MCD100-M<br />
