  6. 6. How to become Private Sector Champion?  Approved Solution Provider under MSC Malaysia Cloud Computing Initiative.  Solution targeted to SMEs  DM-SME will issue appointment letter to the ISV. 7  Start recruiting SMEs.  Report your project contribution via AQIR Survey.

Eligibility Criteria of SMEs: • Businesses established as entity and qualified under SME definition 2014 • SMEs registered with Companies Commission of Malaysia or Registrar of Businesses • SMEs must have valid company bank account • SMEs must not have made claim in similar program before • SMEs must be at least 6 months in operations SMEs must commence subscription from ( 1st January 2014 – 12th December 2014) from any approved SaaS Solution Provider (MSC Status Company).

Definition of SME 2014 • Manufacturing sector, Annual sales turnover not exceeding RM50 million OR full-time employees not exceeding 200 workers. • Services and other sectors, Annual sales turnover not exceeding RM20 million OR full-time employees not exceeding 75 workers. * For more information please refer to 9

Certified true copies of Form 9 or Form 13 (for change of company’s name) and latest company audited report ( Year 2012 or latest) or b. Printed Company Profile from SSM e-info portal (with Summary of Financial Information and the revenue is not “0” or N/A). 3) FOR ALL APPLICANTS a. Original Payment Receipt(s)/Payment Voucher, issued by qualified Solution Provider for subscription of SaaS Solutions b. Bank Details Form (Sign + Company Stamp)
