  7. 7. • European guidelines concerning the promotion of sustainable spatial development and mobility : – The definition of a spatial development strategy that is both able to reduce the need to daily commute by car and to supply other transport alternatives (Supply and Demand); – The promotion of connected public transport systems and the promotion of the non-pollutant transport modes (cycling and walking; electric vehicles) and networks; – The promotion of driver’s reeducation together with the promotion of the citizens basic needs and rights for mobility.
