Currently I am working as National Sales Manager Pakistan in United Mobile
(Voice).
My key responsibilities include Planning business activities and partnering with
third party agencies to execute successfully piloted business plans in the market
place. My core job is to make robust and competitive business model for generating
brand pull and increase market share by aligning national team. I’ve been wearing
the hat of NSM for last 1 year. During my role, I’ve doubled the business size. The
tools that were used for achieving such business results are – Focus on the
availability, Increase the depthof the drop size, make more and more partners across
country to establish the most competitive coverage. Reach out to the rural areas and
avail the brands at the arm’s reach to the consumer. Create synergy between the
teams for healthy competition. Make accountable for the actions and assigned tasks.
Create motivational drive for Business Partners (Deals) & for Teams. Review
company policies to make it more lean and follow-able. Speedy and quick decision
making with respect to strategizing and executing against competitor in the trade.
Flawlessly land the new brands nationally.
Previously I was working on position Of Senior Area Sales Manager Route to
Market Business in Unilever Pakistan Limited for 2 years.
My core job responsibilities include Planning of Strengthening Trade market
coverage - An ambitious plan of Unilever for extending business through tapping
the untapped market. It also includes tailor made Trade promotional plans intending
Trade to partner Sales growth and helps build consumption pattern with respect to
company Brands portfolio. This job role also includes making smart and cost
effective ways of serving deep and far flung markets which are currently challenging
with respect to Law & Order & Infra Structure.
22 years’ experience with Unilever Pakistan Limited working on different Job
responsibilities & at different locations; Introducing, Selling, and Promoting brands
of wide range, have built capabilities in me which are effective in building and
driving challenging businesses in highly competitive ever changing environment.
This has also enabled me in building strong Interpersonal, Problem
solving, Uncertainty handling, & Relationship skills.
