It's a small world after A.I.

How do we use A.I. to leverage human intelligence and harness the collective knowledge of a global network? We’re surrounded by smart devices and machine learning tools to help organize our daily activities. So why should we step out of our smart cars and into our stupid cubicles? Enterprise apps are ubiquitous but cutting through the clutter of communication tools, forum discussions, and corporate intranets is increasingly difficult. JWT’s Pangaea project addresses each of these challenges.

But today with social media things can go wrong within a few hours and our brand needs to be more responsive as ever before. Response time is critical. Be more efficient How can we be more efficient and faster? Is there an app for that? We have so many devices to talk to at home, why is our technology in the workplace is still not there yet? You Step out of your smart car and step into your stupid cubicle every day. Harness our human intelligence We don't an A.I. solves all of our problems. We're already losing our humanity and people feel more disconnected than ever before. We need to find away to harness our institutional intelligence, connect the dots, bring people closer together.
  14. 14. PANEL QUESTIONS So what is Pangaea? How does Pangaea differ from Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Cortana, Siri or even Marcel? Enterprise solutions have been around for as long as we know it, why did you look for a new way of doing this? Why do you feel there was a need to redefine enterprise software? As an advertising agency, why did you pursue to develop internally your own A.I. powered app? How did the concept came to be? Why mobile first? And why building a conversational UI is important? Why give human characteristics (tone of voice) if she is an A.I.? What was the approach in launching Pangaea? How has it made a difference talent wise, strategy wise, creative wise?
