This competition is divided into two sections, namely:<br />Category A (13-14 years/Form 1 and 2)<br />Category B (15-18 years/Form 3 and above)<br />Each category is divided into two classes, namely<br />General Class<br />Exhibits in this class will be judged according to the following criteria: Treatment (philatelic/thematic), Philatelic knowledge, Philatelic material and Presentation of the collection<br />Exhibits should be similar to that of Competitive Exhibits except for the page requirement, which, for this exhibition, is a minimum of 4 pages.<br />Exhibits are graded as follows:<br />Gold (85-100)<br />Silver (70-84)<br />Bronze (60-69)<br />2.1.4. For security purposes, participants should mark page numbers at the bottom left corner of each exhibit page and wrap their exhibits in plastic sheets.<br />Participants may submit colour photocopies provided the original exhibits are provided for judging. <br />Rules and Regulations<br />

Creative Class<br />Participants are required to produce a drawing, collage, sculpture etc. with a philatelic theme.<br />Usage of philatelic items is not required.<br />Exhibits in this class will be given rankings only.<br />General rules<br />Participation<br />This competition is open to all students currently studying in SMJK Chung Ling.<br />An administrative fee of RM2 will be charged per exhibit.<br />Each student may enter a maximum of two exhibits per exhibit class.<br />All participants will receive a certificate of participation<br />The decision of the Organizing Committee in judging the exhibits is final in all matters.<br /> Closing date<br />Registrations will be accepted from April 25 - May 25 2011, during which both form and exhibit should be handed to a member of the Organizing Committee.<br />The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject late entries.<br />Exhibiting<br />The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject exhibits that contain elements that do not conform to the requirements of the respective classes or contain improper material.<br />

Participation<br />Participation is open to all students of SMJK Chung Ling<br />Participation is compulsory for all members of the Philatelic Club who have not prepared exhibits for the Stamp Exhibition contest (see above)<br />Participation fee is RM1 per person<br />The theme for this Stamp Design Contest is Welcome To The Future.<br />Designs may contain English, Malay and/or Chinese <br />Late entries will be disqualified.<br />The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject exhibits that contain elements which do not conform to the requirements of the respective classes or contain improper material.<br /> <br />Rules and Regulations<br />

Judging<br />Designs will be judged by the Teacher Advisor of the Philatelic Club<br />All decisions made by the Teacher Advisor in terms of judging are final and not subject to dispute.<br />Designs will be rejected if they do not contain all of the below features: Face value, picture, country name.<br />Prizes<br />Prizes will be distributed to the top 4 designs as judged by the Teacher Advisor.<br />All winners will be awarded certificates.<br />Rules and Regulations<br />
