● Founded in mid-2016 by Jan and Phil.
● Started with 1 bike in May 2016 when Phil tried to sell a Nouvo but a buyer asked for an
installment plan. Instead of selling it, Phil hand-wrote a rental contract.
● Now having a fleet of > 70 bikes: Gilera, CB400, Spark, X1R, Honda Wave, Nouvo, Vespa, …
Most are 2B class bikes.

○ Industry 4.0 will disrupt a lot of jobs. More people will take food delivery
jobs in the next 5-10 years until drones/robots totally replace them.
○ Too much investments for food delivery platforms like UberEats.
○ Rising CoE in Singapore. People cannot afford a motorbike.
* CoE: Singapore bike has a Certificate of Entitlement that allows you to use it for 10 years, which costs ~7,100 SGD.
When that period ends, you can renew for 5 years (half price, non-renewable) or 10 years (full, renewable), or scrap it.

1. We are the only women-majority transportation company in Singapore.
2. Highly educated: 2 PhD girls, 1 SMU Master girl, and 1 Computer Science guy.
3. Distributed team: 2 in Taiwan, 2 in Singapore, 1 in Vietnam. We have no office.
4. Environment friendly: Only 1-page-contract paper per customer. All other documents
are stored online.
5. Most of customer support/sale queries: from 9am-10pm.
