● Founded in mid-2016 by Jan and Phil.
● Started with 1 bike in May 2016 when Phil tried to sell a Nouvo but a buyer asked for an
installment plan. Instead of selling it, Phil hand-wrote a rental contract.
● Now having a fleet of > 50 bikes: Gilera, Spark, X1R, Honda Wave, Nouvo, … all 2B class bikes.

○ Industry 4.0 will disrupt a lot of jobs. More people will take food delivery
jobs in the next 5-10 years until drones/robots totally replace them.
○ Too much investments for food delivery platforms like UberEats.
○ Rising CoE in Singapore. People cannot afford a motorbike.
* CoE: Singapore bike has a Certificate of Entitlement that allows you to use it for 10 years, which costs ~6,200 SGD.
When that period ends, you can renew for 5 years (half price, non-renewable) or 10 years (full, renewable), or scrap it.
