Lee Rainie, Director of the Pew Research Center’s Internet & American Life Project, was joined by digital and library experts to discuss the findings of the Project’s most recent report, "Library Services in the Digital Age." The report is based on the findings of a nationally representative survey that asked Americans what types of services they value in their library and what types of services they would like to see their library start to offer.
