  2. 2. Porcini soup Oil, porcini,potatoes, carrot, garlic, pepper, white wine, sour cream, parsley, vegeta, onion, estragon   Blanch the porcini.  Oil + onion + carrot + porcini + stewing + water  Potato + garlic + vegeta + pepper + estragon  Wine + water + sour cream
  3. 3. Turkey with mlinci Flour, eggs, oil, water, salt   Flour + eggs + oil + water + salt  Divide the dough into 8-10 little balls and roll it until they get thin.  Bake them dry.
  4. 4. Limpets risotto Limpets, olive oil, red onion, garlic, rice, tomato puree, salt, pepper, parsley   Boil limpets  Fry onion and garlic + limpets + rice  Add tomato puree  Salt + pepper
  5. 5. Sour cabbage Cabbage, salt, pepper, horseradish root   Barrel + cabbage  Sea salt + pepper + horseradish root
  6. 6. Zlevanka Eggs, corn flour, sugar, yogurt, sour cream, oil, milk, salt, whipped cream, yeast   Yeast + Milk  Mix everything except whipped cream.  200°C 30 min  Add whipped cream  Bake 10 min.
  7. 7. Zagorje štrukli Flour, salt, eggs, oil, water, butter, cheese   Flour + salt + egg + spoonfull of oil + water + butter  Fresh cheese + egg + salt
  8. 8. Chestnut puree Chetstnuts, rum, vanilla flavouring, sugar, whipped cream  Water + 2 spoons of sugar  Rum + vanilla, shake it  Food procesor + chestnuts + Syrup  Chopped chestnut mix + chocolate
