The Bible, the Koran and the Torah all come from exactly the same origin
- Abraham. I actually have had a good go at reading all of them, I can't
say I know them well but I have a reasonable understanding.
There are quite a few extremist sects of Christianity (bible belt Baptists,
Evangelicals etc) who believe the bible should be taken literally, but they
tend to ignore the bits they don't like.
The Koran is no more 'fake' than any other holy text. They were all
written a very long time ago.
