Coaching is unlocking a person's potential to maximise their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them. A coach helps the client achieve their personal best and to produce the results they want in their personal and professional lives Great thing about coaching is that is isn't directive. A coach can create an environment for you to find the answers yourself by challenging your thinking... “What 5 things are you most proud of? Write them! ”
