Owners Paul and Lori Patton have an extensive
background in the core operations of the call center
industry, with over 60 years of combined in the field.
With experience in each stage of the campaign
process, CTA has mastered marketing, training, and
testing through impletmentation and continuous
improvement. Through this approach Paul and Lori
have brought CTA from a handful of employees to the
multi-million dollar company it is today.
