Target Audience There will be a confirmed Customer Base. 3. Cash Management Whilst generous in Spirit, there is an implicit acceptance to Manage the Cash & Live Below identified Means: The old adages ring true – Know Your Costs & Cash is King! 4. Start Local Things will start Local: And there will be an excellent Work Ethic. Communication Communication will be Key: Positive Needs are Conveyed & if there is a need to Communicate adverse news this is done with Frankness & in Plain English! 7. Realistic Expectations Expectations aren’t set Too High: Success is Planned for, but there is Patience & no fear of making Decisions: The most important thing is to Start – There is never going to be a Right, Right Time! Partner Up The Big Things will be Looked for & Partnerships with a Larger Companies will be considered & entered into if it makes Sense & the Economies of Scale can be shared: Why not – the Goal is to get the Product or Service to Market & the best businesses are built and grown by taking & acting on the advice of Smart People; & finally; 10. Passion Passion will be Followed: You might well say, ‘To thine own self be True’!
