  2. 2. 1. How to Create a Tag On the home page, select build a list next to the database you want to search.

  4. 4. 3. How to Create a Tag Click on “New Tags”- this will give you a box where you can write the name for the tag. Press enter to create the name. Once you have created the name, you can click on the actual tag to select the color to change the color of the tag. When complete select the Back to Search button.
  5. 5. 3. How to Assign Tags- All Records Build a list of records who fit the criteria for your tag using the selections from the left hand side. Select the Tags button. Choose all records, then select the tag you want to assign these records. Then select save changes. You will see the tags assigned to the records in your list.
  6. 6. 3. How to Assign Tags- one record Hover under the tag column in the record. Click on the ghost tag that appears. Select the tag you wish to assign. The tag is assigned to the record.
  7. 7. 3. How to Assign Tags- multiple records Select the record(s) you wish to assign the tags. Select the Tags button from top of the results. Choose to assign the tags to all records, the selected records or not selected records. Select the name of the tag you want to give these records.

Choose either Exclude records that have all of the selected tags assigned or exclude records that have at least one of the selected tags assigned. Choose the tags you wish to omit. Select Run Search
  9. 9. 3. Viewing Tagged Records Under My Data on the left hand side, click “tags” which allows you to choose records with ALL or Any of the tags assigned. Click on the tags from the available box on the left side to move the selection to the right. Then Run Search.
