 Introduction
Emami Group ltd is an India conglomerate company. And head
quartered in Kolkata in India emami ltd is one of the major skin care and
heath care FMCG company in India providing natural skin care and
healthcare.
 History of Emami
R.S Agarwal and R.S Goenka were Friends of childhood.
 Set up Kemco chemicals, an ayurvedic medicine and cosmetic
manufacturing unit in Kolkata in 1974.
 The company was established with modest capital 25000
 He started manufacturing cosmetic product as ayurvedic medicines.
 Brand name is Emami.
 Targeting sales at the Indian middle class

 According to my survey 95% of employees are satisfied with job and
5% employees of employees are not satisfied with job.
 5% if the worker is not satisfaction with the job then its reason.

[5] Dissatisfied with paid salary

 According to my survey 57% of employees are more than10 years of
experience. 20% employees experienced between 7 to 10 year. 15%
employees are of 3to 6 years of experience. And 8% employees are of
experience between 0 to 2 year ,

 59% employees are highly satisfied with the job. 20% employees
satisfied. 14% employee’s average and 5% dissatisfied. With working

 According to my survey 36% employees are highly satisfied. 17%
satisfied,40% average and 7% dissatisfied.with top management.

SUGGESTIONS
 New Employees
 Training must be given to new employees.
 Provide facility
 Provide a bus facility
 To motivate the worker, new program should be organized.
 The relationship with the worker should be maintained as must as
possible.

LIMITATION
 The study is conducted in emami.
 Due to the limitation of the time the research could not be made more
detailed.
 Due to confidentiality of some information accurate response was not
revealed by some of the respondents.
 Some of the replies of the respondents.
 Respondents had marked the answers in questionnaires which may be
 Socially incorrect irrespective of their actual feelings.

CONCLUSION
 Based on the survey training of my 42 day. We got to know that the
Emami company is increasing day by day.
 95% Employees job has satisfied with the job.
 Entry barrier
 Multiple intermediaries.
 Product innovation.
 Rural development
 Digital payments
 The use of digital marketing will benefit the company and the
employee for both.

SUGGESTIONS  New Employees  Training must be given to new employees.  Provide facility  Provide a bus facility  To motivate the worker, new program should be organized.  The relationship with the worker should be maintained as must as possible.  5% employees not a satisfied so  Give training  Motivate them 29

LIMITATION  The study is conducted in emami.  Due to the limitation of the time the research could not be made more detailed.  Due to confidentiality of some information accurate response was not revealed by some of the respondents.  Some of the replies of the respondents.  Respondents had marked the answers in questionnaires which may be  Socially incorrect irrespective of their actual feelings. 31

We got to know that the Emami company is increasing day by day.  95% Employees job has satisfied with the job.  Entry barrier  Multiple intermediaries.  Product innovation.  Rural development  Digital payments  The use of digital marketing will benefit the company and the employee for both. 32
