2. Pat works on business development, DSM
program design and implementation and
works cross practice with ICF’s DoD Team
on DoD energy initiatives. For ICF, Pat has
managed the PECO Energy Program and
currently manages GA Power Program.
Previously he was Director of DSM &
Alternate Energy for Progress Energy
where he designed the DSM & Alternate
Energy organization, hired a staff of 27,
designed and filed and received
regulatory approval for the Phase 1 DSM
programs and developed the template for
the Phase 2 DSM programs. He was also
Vice President of Sales and Marketing for
Co-Energy Group. Main responsibilities
include sales/marketing, business
development, project development, and
overall project quality and customer
relations. From 1996 until late 1998 Mr.
Doyle was Vice President of Energy
Services & Marketing for IllumElex
Corporation. He was responsible for the
development of energy services
programs, which positioned the company
to take advantage of opportunities in a
deregulated utility market, and which
complemented the company’s core
lighting management business.
Previously Pat was employed in a number
of positions with Boston Edison Company
including distribution engineering, public
affairs, cogeneration and small power
production, regulatory, revenue recovery
and energy efficiency. Pat was
responsible for the development and
implementation of the company’s demand
side management (energy efficiency)
programs and managed an ~ $55 million
annual budget and a complement of 70.
Mr. Doyle appeared several times as an
expert witness on behalf of the company
before the Public Utility Commission and
made numerous presentations at
industry and customer seminars.
