What do we know:• citizen engagement and participation needs to inform policy making• ensure that single integrated plans are evidence based• RCT/Methyr LSB consultation hub• mini audit of local authorities and health boards – diverse use of on-lineengagement/consultation and functionality• review of Ffynon and other national sources of information andintelligence
So this workshop is part of the process:• promoting and informing the work of RCT/Methyr LSB model• provide opportunity to share experiences and hone on-line engagementapproaches• consider benefits and challenges of on-line engagement
And will help:• shape a business case for on-line engagement systems• with an aspiration to develop an all Wales public services on-line platformfor sharing information such as survey questions, regional consultation etc.
