of var ious manufac turi ng companies , expor t ers and impor ters in 16 c i t ies . Each
i n terv iew had taken around 20 minutes and had been conducted by our f ie ldwork team
th rough Face- to-Face (FTF) In terv iewing methodology. We had under t aken the complete
f ie ldwork in around 12 days to gather a l l the data of the 16 c i t ies f rom the
customers across 16 c i t ies in Ind ia .
