When it comes to buying or selling real estate, it was in times past, there was a may behind the curtain, likened to the Wizard of OZ.
Pulling the levers, switches and clouded in mystery. Today that is not "as much" the case. We see that most buyers and sellers start their searching for home online. But how do they ensure they are going to be working with a Quality Realtor and someone that is going to best protect their interests? This is not as hard as it might seem. Make sure you interview at least two realtors. If neither one are a good fit, move onto Agent Number Three. Some people in the world only work with real estate listings agents, we get those that wish to only use our team when representing the seller directly on real estate for sale. But it always comes up, who is really representing who? How do I know you are not going to give the seller my bottom line when it comes to buying real estate and how desperate my situation may be to get more in the way in commission? The same responses are gathered from the Sellers in the Real Estate world that are working with Real Estate agents that are bringing buyers to the table and stating, "this is the best you are going to get". How do they really know? Check out our main site http://paris911.com with more youtube videos and help articles related to the "best real estate" methods and practices.
