We covered all of the local market dynamics in the Santa Clarita Valley Cities. We have seen that some of the numbers fall short of the average we have experienced in years past. We have been working in the real estate realm since 1998 and we see that this current market is exhibiting very unusual real estate trends. http://paris911.com Real Estate buyers are standing in the wings while the home inventory for sale builds to higher and higher levels. At some point in the not so distant future, we will see the increasing levels of homes that are being offered for sale.
